Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Student Enrollment Services, the Career Services Director supports the mission, goals, and objectives of The Moody Bible Institute of Chicago and provides ongoing career services support for MBI students and alumni, primarily through but not limited to the development of ministry and job search resources, internship ideas, career transition strategies, and career counseling.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
This is a full-time position: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional weekend and possible evening hours; some travel required.
